CRM software for On-demand production

One of the most important advantages for ondemand production company is fast order processing. Terrasoft CRM helps to shorten this time to several minutes. When an orde r r eceived, a sale is created in the system, using one of templates. The sale contains the order parameters and the list of technical operations needed for production. The sale is corrected taking into account the particular features of the order. After that basing on the order parameters, its cost, and expected terms are automatically calculated. This information is returned to customer within 20 minutes.

After having agreed the conditions with the customer, the invoice is created and printed in Terrasoft CRM. All invoices, created in Terrasoft CRM are exported to the financial system. Besides, from the financial system the payments and bills are exported to CRM and the appropriate invoice status is automatically changed. In that way Terrasoft CRM enables to control the order financial information.


Project management

Specially for the customer, the graphical module was developed for Terrasoft CRM. The module enables to select the set of colors, view the front and back side of the produced card, and position text strings on the card surface. Besides, basing on the information from this module, a special document for design agreement with customer is printed.


Design template

After the design is agreed, Terrasoft CRM generates assignments to different specialists for production. Taking into account that the central office and production shop are located in different places, the data is transferred using the replication module.

To make the system customer-friendly, it’s integrated with the company website. According to the current orders statuses system generates the html file, that is uploaded to the website. So every customer can come to the website, enter his customer code and find out the current status of its order.

Special reports enable to control the orders implementation, payments and analyze the profitability by customers and products.
